Peter Andre receives the 2025 Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Prize for his research in behavioral economics.
The German Research Foundation (DFG) has awarded Peter Andre the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Prize 2025 in recognition of his significant contributions to the field of behavioral economics. The prize, endowed with €200,000, is intended to support Andre’s research activities over a period of three years.
The Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Prize is among the most esteemed awards for early-career researchers in Germany. It is conferred annually to up to ten outstanding scholars across disciplines, with the aim of fostering the development of independent research profiles at an early stage of their academic careers. The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on June 3, 2025 in Berlin.
